I spent a year working with Nando’s during it’s digital transformation in 2016 through to the end of 2017. While at Nando’s I took ownership of the majority of it’s digital products, ranging from the nandos.co.uk website, it’s mobile app as well as aspects of it’s ecommerce offering.
In addition, my role included supporting the ideation and early implementation of the customer engagement strategy. This included a data strategy from a front-end perspective, push notifications and email marketing automation.
